Latasha Glover is a wellness professional, Pilates instructor, and author dedicated to helping women build calm, confidence, and core strength through mindful movement. She is the founder of Mindful Movements Fit, a women-centered wellness brand rooted in beginner-friendly Pilates, breath-focused training, and sustainable self-care.

With a philosophy that consistency creates confidence, Latasha designs programs that meet women where they are—removing pressure, perfection, and intimidation from fitness. Her signature offerings, including The Core Confidence Series, blend intentional movement, body awareness, and empowerment-based coaching to support both physical strength and mental clarity.

Latasha is the author of Empower Her: A Guided Journey to Rise, Lead, and Lift Other Women Along the Way, a reflective guide encouraging women to step into leadership, self-trust, and community. Through in-person classes, digital programs, workshops, and wellness events, she creates supportive spaces where women can move with purpose, reconnect with their bodies, and build confidence that carries into everyday life.
