Doing Pilates is always fun when you have like minded individuals to join you! Our group Pilates session is ideally for 3 or more individuals. This session will last approximately 30 minutes. Grab a friend to join you on this journey and watch your mind and body transform.
Private Pilates Session

Looking for a more personalized private Pilates session? Look no more. The benefits of having a private session will allow for a more individualized session geared towards focusung on form and perfecting your practice. This session will last approximately 45 minutes.
